Aryan Khan trapped in a drugs case has been released from Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. He was released around 11 am today after the completion of the release process.
The jail authorities have also got the bail papers. Let us inform you that he could not be released due to the non-availability of release papers with the jail administration till the scheduled time.
Shortly after his release, Aryan has reached his home ‘Mannat’.

On the other hand, Arthur Road Jail’s superintendent Nitin Vaychal said, ‘We have got the order of Aryan Khan’s release, on the basis of which he has been released.

Let us inform you that Aryan got bail from the Bombay High Court on Thursday itself. He could not be released due to the non-availability of release papers with the jail administration till the due date.
According to the rules, if anyone gets bail, before 5:30 in the evening, the bail letter has to be deposited in the box outside Arthur Road Jail. After some time the prisoner is released from jail.
If after this time the papers are submitted, the bail box is opened the next day and the prisoner is released. However, Aryan Khan got bail from the Bombay High Court on Thursday itself.
Actress Juhi Chawla becomes Aryan Khan’s surety.
Let us tell you that actress Juhi Chawla has become a surety on behalf of Aryan Khan. She himself signed the papers related to Aryan’s bail in the court.
Juhi Chawla had submitted a bond of one lakh rupees for Aryan’s bail only yesterday, but it was too late to complete the process.
According to the jail authorities, after 5.30 pm they do not accept any release papers, due to which all the efforts of Aryan’s team of lawyers went in vain and Aryan could not reach his home (Mannat).
It is worth noting that on October 2 this month, Aryan Khan was arrested on charges of drug abuse at a party being held on the Cardelia Cruises from Mumbai to Goa.
He was remanded to judicial custody after being in the custody of the NCB from October 3 to 5. Since then he was in Arthur Road Jail.
