Aryan Khan Drugs Case: No relief for Shah Rukh Khan’s son! Court extends NCB custody till 7 October.

Shah Rukh’s son Aryan Khan, who was caught in the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raid, could not get relief from the court today (Monday).

The Esplanade court has extended the NCB custody of Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant along with Aryan till October 7.

On Sunday, the NCB had arrested eight people, including Aryan, in the drugs case.

Let us inform you that on the basis of a tip, the NCB on Saturday raided a cruise ship named ‘Cordelia the Impress’ going from Mumbai to Goa, where a rave party was going on.

Prohibited substances were found in the raid, after which 8 people including Aryan Khan were detained. Among them were 3 girls.

All these were interrogated for several hours in the NCB office on Sunday, after which 3 people were arrested.

These include Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha. The court had sent all three to NCB custody for one day (October 4). However, NCB had sought custody till October 5.

On Monday, after the expiry of the custody, the NCB produced the trio in the Esplanade Court and sought an extension of custody for further investigation.

Aryan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde, in his submission to the court, said that Aryan was invited to the cruise party. However, he did not have a boarding pass.

There was no cabin or seat for them. Secondly, nothing has been found with Aryan during the raid. He has been arrested only on the basis of chats.

After hearing both sides, the court extended the NCB custody of Aryan, Munmun, and Arbaaz by 3 days till October 7.

Aryan Khan Drugs Case: NCB custody till 7th October for the remaining 5 also.

After sending Aryan, Munmun, and Arbaaz to NCB custody, the court also sent Vikrant Chhokar, Ismet Singh, Nupur Sarika, Gromit Chopra, and Mock Jaswal to NCB custody till 7 October.

The eight were arrested on Sunday following a raid on the cruise.

On Monday, NCB arrested another person named Shrey, Nair from the Goregaon area of ​​Mumbai in a drug case. He is reportedly said to have a link with Aryan.

All have been arrested under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act 1985. Action has been taken against the accused under sections 8-C, 20-B, 27, and 35 of the Act.

Under this section, there is a provision of imprisonment of not more than one year or a fine of 20 thousand rupees on those who consume drugs.
