Children will consider it a snack and eat it immediately and they will also get the nutrition of potato paratha.

So let’s make Aloo Paratha today –

Boil potatoes and peel them.

Boil green peas also.

Take peeled potatoes in a bowl.

Add boiled green peas to it.

Add finely chopped onion, green chili, and green coriander.

Add red chili powder and coriander powder.

Add dry mango powder and celery.

Add salt as per taste.

Now mix all the ingredients by mashing them well.

The filling of Aloo Paratha Bites is ready.

Knead soft dough.

Take a big ball.

Spread it well and roll it.

Put the prepared filling on it and spread it all over the paratha.

After this, roll the paratha completely once.
