AGL reduces CNG and PNG prices in different cities, know what rates are left in which city. Adani Gas Limited (AGL) on Friday announced a reduction in CNG and domestic PNG prices in various cities.

This reduction in prices of compressed natural gas (CNG) and piped natural gas (PNG) will come into effect from October 10, 2020. The company has announced a reduction of CNG prices by Rs 1.75 per kg in Khurja, Uttar Pradesh.

A reduction of Rs 1.70 per kg in the Mahendragarh area while Rs 1.60 per kg in Faridabad and Palwal areas has been announced by the company.

The company has reduced the price of CNG by Rs 1.31 per kg in Ahmedabad and Vadodara in Gujarat. This information has been given in a press release issued on Friday by Adani Gas Limited, associated with the Adani Group’s urban gas distribution business.

The company has reduced domestic PNG prices in Faridabad, Palwal and Khurja by Rs 1.11 per SCM.

The press release issued by the company said that with the further reduction in the price of CNG, consumers will now be able to save more than petrol and diesel. This will help people in areas where AGL currently operates to adopt more environmentally friendly CNG.

Adani Gas Limited has around 4.50 lakh PNG (domestic, commercial and industrial) customers and 134 CNG stations in various cities across the country.

Economy will run from next year, RBI predicts 10 percent growth rate in FY 2021-22

After six months of the financial year, the Reserve Bank has clarified the situation regarding the growth rate. On Friday, while reviewing monetary policy, RBI Governor Dr. Shaktikanta Das estimated the country’s economy to decline by 9.5 percent during the year 2020-21.

However, in the fiscal year commencing from April 2021, he said that the economic growth rate of 10.1 percent is expected to change rapidly. RBI says that the growth rate will be negative in the first three quarters of the current financial year, which may be 0.5 percent in the last quarter (January-March, 2021).

The growth rate for the April-June 2021 quarter is said to be 20.6 percent, but this situation will remain when the Kovid comes under control, the demand situation in the domestic market is better and the global situation is also positive.
