These prisoners will be released from the prison in Yangon on Wednesday. This information has been given to Reuters by Jajo, the head of the prison.

The jail chief has also said that he does not have any list of prisoners released.

However, the Burmese language report said that the released prisoners would also include those detained for inciting people against the military administration.

These include actors, players, big personalities associated with social media, doctors, teachers.
