Afghan Vice President- I will never bow down in front of the Taliban under any circumstances.

Afghanistan’s First Vice President Amrullah Saleh said on Tuesday that he is in Kabul and is the country’s legitimate caretaker president.

President Ashraf Ghani left the country shortly before the Taliban captured the capital, Kabul.

During a security meeting chaired by Ghani last week, Saleh said he was proud of the armed forces and that the government would take all measures to strengthen resistance against the Taliban.
