Ingredients:
- Flour: 2 cups
- Garlic: 8-10 cloves (finely chopped)
- Green chilies: 2-3 (finely chopped)
- Ginger: 1 inch (grated)
- Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Dry red chilies: 1/2 teaspoon (crushed)
- Cumin seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Garam masala: 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt: according to taste
- Oil: for frying
- Desi ghee: for applying on the paratha

- To make Chilli Garlic Paratha, first of all, put garlic, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, dry red chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- After this, take flour in a big vessel, add water gradually, and knead soft dough.
- For 15 to 20 minutes, keep the dough covered.
- Next, form little balls out of the kneaded dough. Roll each ball into a ball using a rolling pin and fill it with the prepared masala. Next, fold the edges to give it a spherical shape.
