Zarkiholi filed a conspiracy case in a pornographic CD case, the woman sought security from the government: Karnataka Scandal.

The Bengaluru police on Saturday registered a case of conspiracy and blackmailing against unknown people based on a complaint by BJP MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi, who resigned as a minister in the obscene CD case in Karnataka.

Instead of going himself, the former minister sent his trusted MV Nagraj to the Sadashivanagar police station to hand over a copy of the complaint to the police.

Sources said that the police have registered a case of criminal conspiracy, extortion, and forgery under various sections of the IPC.

Zarkiholi has not named anyone in the complaint but has accused some people of defaming him for the purpose of recovery.

He said that he had been plotting for the last three months by making fake CDs (videos) to politically eliminate and blackmail him. Talking to reporters, Zarkiholi said that he has decided to fight the case legally.

On the question of not nominating anyone, he said that he has lodged a complaint on the instruction of law experts. The former minister said that he will ensure that all those involved are exposed.

The woman who was seen with the MLA in the video asked for security.

At the same time, a woman with Ramesh Zarkiholi, allegedly in a video in an objectionable position, has demanded protection from the state government.

In the video message addressed to the state Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai, the woman said, ‘I have no security. I am seeking protection from all of you for myself. ‘

The woman has also stated that she does not know how the video was made. He has accused Jerkiholi of releasing the video itself. The woman has said, ‘My dignity has come to an end after the video has gone public.

People come to our house and ask about me. My parents have tried suicide twice, I have also tried suicide at least three to four times. ‘
