Two CPI (M) workers were severely hit after a Trinamool candidate’s car collided at Domkal in Murshidabad district between the eighth and the last phase of polling in the state.

They were  admitted to Murshidabad Medical College Hospital, where one of them was declared dead by doctors. Tensions spread after the incident.

Local CPI (M) leaders allege that their worker was killed by the Trinamool by deliberately crushing them. However, Trinamool has denied these allegations.

Here, a CPI (M) worker was allegedly murdered before the elections started in Murshidabad district. Local leaders have blamed the Congress and Trinamool Congress for this incident.

Local CPI (M) activists have also protested in protest against this incident. Additional police force has been sent on the spot.

On the other hand, BJP’s polling agent was barred from entering the polling booth at Mayureshwar in Birbhum district.

It is alleged that a large number of Trinamool Congress workers had gathered, due to which tense situations remain.

Here, the polling agent of the Bharatiya Janata Party was stopped from sitting in the polling booth at JK Mitra Road in the Kashipur-Belgachia assembly constituency of Kolkata where Mithun Chakraborty is a voter.

The party has filed a complaint regarding this.

Violence in eighth phase of election: Bombing in Domkal area also.

On the other hand, sporadic violence has also been reported in Murshidabad and Malda district. Bombing is also reported in Domkal area of ​​Murshidabad.

This area has always been notorious for political and electoral violence. Bomb throwing is reported near Mahajati Sadan Auditorium in North Kolkata.

It is being told that bombs were thrown near Mahajati Sadan at Chittaranjan Avenue, targeting the vehicle of BJP candidate Meena Devi Purohit from the Addasanko assembly seat.

In this, BJP candidates narrowly survived. He has not reported any loss. The Election Commission has sought detailed information about the incident.

Bombing in Siuri and Nanur of Birbhum.

Bombings have also taken place at Siuri and Nanur in Birbhum district. It is being told that the Trinamool Congress has threatened the booth agents of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Bomb blasts have been carried out at number 281 booth in Siuri. Efforts are being made to intimidate voters by showing pistols. BJP has made such an allegation.

At the same time, the Trinamool Congress has dismissed the allegations. Significantly, in this district, the Bahubali leader of the Trinamool Congress and the district president of the party, Anubrata Mandal, have a lot of influence.

However, he has been placed under house arrest by the Election Commission.
