Victim’s Father Killed In Hatras UP: Father fired with bullets by the accused on the complaint of molestation of the daughter in Hathras, the order of CM Yogi – Rashuka on accused.
Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh is again in the discussion. The father, who complained of molestation of his daughter, was shot dead on Monday evening in village Naujarpur in the Sasni area of the district.
It is being told that the victim was pressurizing the family to withdraw the alleged molestation case. The deceased’s daughter has filed a case against six people. Two of these accused have been arrested.
CM Yogi Adityanath has directed the authorities to take strict action in this matter. He has also directed the imposition of the National Security Act (NSA) against all the accused involved in the crime.
Victim’s Father Killed In Hatras UP: The main accused in the crime, Gaurav Sharma, is said to be the leader of the Samajwadi Party.
Amrish Sharma, a 52-year-old farmer who was carving potatoes in the field, was killed by firing a raid on Monday evening in village Naujarpur in Sasni area of Hathras.
It is being told that some laborers were engaged in potato cultivation when the accused Gaurav Sharma, Rohitash Sharma, Nikhil Sharma, and Lalitesh Sharma arrived at the farm armed with two other colleagues.
Here he fired two years ago threatening a settlement in a molestation case filed by a girl belonging to Amrish Sharma’s family. Amrish Sharma fell thereafter firing several rounds.
The accused escaped from the car. Amrish was rushed to the district hospital with the help of police, where doctors declared him dead. He has been shot several times.
CO City Ruchi Gupta, Inspector Gaurav Saxena reached the spot on the information of murder in broad daylight.
The daughter of the deceased has registered a case by naming six people, including Gaurav Sharma native village Sondra, thana Jawan (Aligarh).
Gaurav’s father is working in the agriculture department in Shravasti district. Gaurav lived there with the family. He was to visit his maternal aunt in Naujarpur.
A case of molestation was filed against Gaurav on July 16, 2018, by a girl from the family of the deceased, in which Gaurav also went to jail. There was rivalry on both sides since then.
Accused Gaurav Sharma, originally a resident of Aligarh: In the two-year-old rivalry, women from both sides had a tussle earlier.
After this, farmer Amrish Sharma was killed by the rapid firing. Accused Gaurav Sharma is originally from village Sorkha, thana Jawan, Aligarh.
Currently lives in Shravasti with her family. Her father Munesh Kumar Sharma is working in the Department of Agriculture in Shravasti. Her aunt lives in Sajni’s village Naujarpur. That’s why Gaurav used to visit here.
It was said in the morning that the evening took the life: It is being told that two and a half years ago, Gaurav’s marriage to an accused woman of the family of the deceased was fixed.
Later there was a dispute about something. A case was filed against Gaurav Sharma in this case including molestation on behalf of the woman. Due to this, he went to jail for 15 days. Came out of jail on bail.
On Monday, the young man brought his maternal aunt’s wife. In the morning, the accused’s aunt and wife had gone to the temple. At the same time, the young woman of Amrish’s family also came.
There was discontent among women on both sides. By the evening the incident took a big form. According to the daughter of the deceased, Gaurav, along with his companions, fired on his father and killed him.
The police could not have been aware of the incident: There is chaos in the village due to the death of the farmer in the day.
The deceased’s kith and kin have alleged that the accused had threatened to be seen after a quarrel in the morning.
After being threatened, Amrish apprised the area police several times, but the police did not show seriousness and asked a kinsman to call 112 on the sidelines.
After the murder, the wife of the deceased was accusing the police of negligence.
