UP Election Exit Poll 2020: BJP leads in assembly by-election exit poll, likely to get 37 percent votes.
The results of seven assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh may come on November 10, but the trend has started before the results. Axis My India exit poll for India Today provides information about possible winners and losers.
According to its exit poll, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leading in the results of Uttar Pradesh. BJP is projected to get 37 percent and Samajwadi Party 27 percent.
Bahujan Samaj Party, which contested on seven seats, could get 20 percent and Congress, which fought on six seats, could get eight percent votes. In Uttar Pradesh, seven assembly seats were voted for the by-election.
When this figure of vote share is converted into seats, till now the exit poll survey is predicting BJP to get five to six seats in UP. Similarly, Samajwadi Party is projected to get one to two seats and BSP to get one to one seats.
Now, if we talk about seats, BJP can get five-six seats out of seven and Samajwadi Party can get one-two seats out of six. Six out of the seven seats are closely held by the Bharatiya Janata Party, one won by the Samajwadi Party.
The result of seven seats will also affect the teacher MLC and panchayat elections to be held in the state.
The by-election is crucial for the opposition parties along with the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party. If the BJP wins in the results of these, then the message will be that the people are happy with the work of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Uttar Pradesh.
For the main opposition party Samajwadi Party, this opportunity is to improve its performance. The BJP had put its full force in this election.
Along with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, both Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dr. Dinesh Sharma also stood on the front. Government ministers and state BJP organizations also remain in favor of the candidate
On November 3, voting was held for the by-election in Firozabad’s Tundla, Amroha’s Noungwa Sadat, Kanpur’s Ghatampur, Unnao’s Bangarmau, Jaunpur’s Malhani and Deoria’s Deoria Sadar and Bulandshahr’s Bulandshahar Sadar.
Its results will come on November 10. The fate of 88 candidates in these seven seats has been decided in EVMs.
The Assembly by-election is the first major election in the Corona transition period. In this, the public exercised their authority with all restrictions. CM Yogi Adityanath held a public meeting in favor of BJP candidates in all the seven assembly seats.
Along with this, the prestige of Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav and Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati is also at stake.
The SP has handed over the seat of Bulandshahr to its ally Rashtriya Lok Dal. While at the same time the reputation of many veteran leaders is at stake.
