Top 10 Companies’ Market Cap surges: TCS and Infosys lead with impressive gains.

Last week witnessed a remarkable uptick in the combined market capitalization of India’s top 10 firms, with TCS and Infosys spearheading the surge.

Explore the latest financial trends and gains in the market cap of major companies. Last week, the market capitalization of seven of the top ten firms increased, with TCS and Infosys leading the way.

The combined market capitalization (MCap) of seven of the top 10 valued companies increased to Rs 1,50,679.28 crore last trading week.

Among these companies, major IT companies Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Infosys were the top gainers. Last week the BSE benchmark gained 890.05 points or 1.37 percent.

M-cap of these companies increased.

An increase in the m-cap of Reliance Industries, TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, ITC, and Bharti Airtel was seen.

TCS’s mcap increased the most among the top 10 companies. TCS’ mcap increased by Rs 62,148.99 crore to Rs 12,81,637.63 crore last week.

Infosys’ m-cap rose by Rs 28,616.98 crore to Rs 5,96,681.75 crore, Reliance Industries’ m-cap rose by Rs 28,111.41 crore to Rs 15,93,893.03 crore and HDFC Bank’s m-cap rose by Rs 11,136.61 crore to Rs 11,42,215.81 crore.

Hindustan Unilever’s M-cap rose by Rs 10,032.75 crore to Rs 5,94,317.36 crore, Bharti Airtel’s m-cap rose by Rs 6,828.74 crore to Rs 5,32,585.63 crore and ITC’s m-cap rose by Rs 3,803.8 crore to Rs 5,47,808.43 crore.

Mcap of these companies reduced.

Last trading week, there was a decline in the m-cap of ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, and Bajaj Finance.

The m-cap of State Bank of India declined by Rs 14,502.5 crore to Rs 5,02,589.52 crore and that of ICICI Bank declined by Rs 11,308.97 crore to Rs 6,46,254.41 crore.

Bajaj Finance’s mcap declined by Rs 4,973.68 crore to Rs 4,46,169.40 crore.

Among the top 10 companies of the country, Reliance Industry is in first place, TCS at second place, HDFC Bank in third place, ICICI Bank in fourth place, Infosys at fifth place, and HUL at sixth place.

ITC at seventh place, Bharti Airtel at eighth place, SBI at ninth place, and Bajaj Finance is in tenth place.
