Tibet In The Clutches Of China: How It Happened

Tibet In The Clutches Of China: How It Happened. Tibet caught in the clutches of the dragon, in which Chinfing wants to change, know its history. China has called for the establishment of modern socialism in Tibet. There is also talk of Chinese President Xi Jinping building an impenetrable wall between separatists and progressivists. They say that the Buddhist ideology of Tibet should be made in line with the Chinese belief. In this attempt to bring about a change in Tibet, one of his fears is also spilled.

Fear because China had fraudulently captured this territory years ago. That is why China is also very cautious about Tibet. Due to China’s repression cycle, the local Dalai Lama had to run away after saving his life overnight. The story of Chinese occupation in Tibet is very interesting. His occupation of Tibet is the result of the same expansionary policy of China which all its rulers have been implementing. Its living proof is that it has a border dispute with each of its neighboring countries. Located at an altitude of 16000 feet between the high mountain ranges of Central Asia, Kunlun, and the Himalayas, the history of Tibet is several centuries old.

By the 8th century, Buddhism had started propagating here. Dharmapala and other Buddhist scholars from Nepal visited Tibet in 1013 AD. In 1042 AD, Dipankar Shri Gyan Atisha reached Tibet and propagated Buddhism. The reign of the Shakya dynasty began in 1207 AD. The Mongols were abolished in 1720 AD by the Manchu administration of China. The erstwhile imperialist British, who were succeeding in establishing their dominance in Southeast Asia, wanted to establish their power here as well, but in 1788–1792 AD, the Gurkhas defeated them.

Until the 19th century, Tibet regained its independence. Meanwhile, the ruler of Kashmir over Ladakh and the British took possession of Sikkim. A look at the history of Tibet shows that the former rulers of Tibet tried to conquer Nepal many times but they had to face every time. He had to pay a big price for this necklace. Nepal sentenced him to pay a fine of five thousand rupees every year. Tibet was financially weak, so it was not possible to pay such a large amount.

After suffering this punishment for some time, his financial condition worsened. To avoid this, Tibet sought military assistance from China, to defeat Nepal in the war. China also did not deny his help. The army of Tibet and China together defeated Nepal in the war to teach Nepal a lesson. In this way, Tibet survived the annual sentence given to Nepal but could not overcome China. In 1906–7 AD, China occupied Tibet and established its posts in Gartok, including Yatung Gyadse.

With the end of Manchu rule from China in 1912 AD, Tibet again declared itself an independent nation. In 1913-14, representatives of China, India and Tibet met in Shimla, in which this vast plateau state was also divided into two parts. In it, the eastern part of which is present-day China’s Qinghai and Sichuan provinces was called Inner Tibet. Whereas the western part which remained in the hands of the Lama, the Buddhist religious ruler, was called Outer Tibet.

After the death of the 13th Dalai Lama in 1933 AD, Outer Tibet also gradually came under the siege of China. The 14th Dalai Lama took over the reigns in 1940 AD. When they came to sovereign power in 1950 AD, the two countries came to power over the election of the Panchmen Lama and China got an excuse to attack. According to the 1951 treaty, it was declared an independent state in the administration of communist China.

At the same time, due to interference and cuts in the land reform law and the rights of the Dalai Lama, a fire of dissatisfaction started which intensified in 1956 and 1959 AD, but it was suppressed by China by force. The Dalai Lama somehow reached India via Nepal after escaping from the repression cycle run by China. Since then, Tibet is trapped in the clutches of China. Every protest against Yin here has been brutally crushed by the Chinese government.
