The Leadership Of Terrorists Has Been Wiped Out In Kashmir

The leadership of terrorists has been wiped out in Kashmir: DGP.

Director-General of Police (DGP) Dilbagh Singh said on Saturday that the leadership of terrorists in Kashmir has been wiped out.

Now only a very small number of terrorist cadres are left. Due to this, the Pakistani intelligence agency and the terrorist leader sitting in Pakistan have become frustrated.

In such a situation, he is pressurizing the remaining terrorists in Kashmir to carry out any major incident.

This is also the reason for the recent spurt in terrorist attacks, but there is no need to panic, the few terrorists who are left will be killed soon.

The security agencies will soon fulfill the goal of making Jammu and Kashmir a peaceful and safe state completely free from terrorism.

Talking to reporters after expressing condolences with his relatives at the house of martyr Sub Inspector Arshad Mir in Handwara, north Kashmir on Saturday.

The Director-General of Police said that a few days ago one of our fellow Sub Inspector Arshad was martyred in a terrorist attack.

Another fellow Bantu Ji Sharma was martyred last day. Both of them were unarmed and they were attacked from behind by the terrorists like cowards.

We are proud of our martyrs. The terrorists involved in these attacks will be caught or killed very soon.

In response to a question on the increase in terrorist attacks despite claims of reduction in terrorist violence, the DGP said that the claim of reduction in terrorist violence is based on facts.

He said that overall, the situation is better and calmer than before. But our enemy is not happy with this, he is upset, he is continuing his conspiracies to spoil the situation here.

Claiming a reduction in recruitment of local youth in terrorist organizations, Director-General Dilbag Singh said that we want Kashmiri youth to focus on their future, their studies.

They stayed away from violence and drugs. Therefore work is being done at various levels to channelize their energy into positive activities.

Avoiding confirmation of the number of terrorists and overground workers operating in North Kashmir, he said that local terrorists are not active in North Kashmir, but there may be some foreign terrorists.

Earlier, in a meeting with senior officers of police and other security agencies in Kupwara, he took stock of the security arrangements, counter-terrorist operations, and issues related to infiltration and drug smuggling.
