The Last Hour Web Series Trailer: Sanjay Kapoor’s strong return to OTT from Amazon Prime’s crime show, watch the trailer.

A new show The Last Hour is being released on May 14 before The Family Man season 2 on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.

It is a supernatural crime investigative show with Anil Kapoor’s younger brother Sanjay Kapoor in the lead role. This is Sanjay’s first big show on the OTT platform.

Earlier it has been seen in the digital world, but for the first time, it will be seen in a thriller show. Amazon Prime Video is the first supernatural series in India.

The show’s trailer was released on Friday, which is quite interesting and arouses curiosity for the show. The story that comes out of the trailer is as follows –

Police officer Arup (Sanjay Kapoor) is transferred from the city to a town where 5 murders have been done in a mysterious manner in 3 years. Nothing is known of the murderer.

In such a situation, Arup tries to solve the case with the help of a young tantric from the town or Ojha Dev (Karma Takpa). While helping Arup, Dev falls in love with her daughter Pari, who attends college.

Arup also has a past of his own, which is related to his wife Raima Sen. The daughter tries to find out the truth of this secret. The trailer periodically features Raima Sen.

Talking about the show, Sanjay Kapoor said- I was thrilled when I got the offer to play the lead character of this supernatural crime thriller after playing a lot of roles in films during the last 26 years.

When Amit told me the story of this show, only one thought arose in my mind that I have to be a part of it.

Shahana Goswami, who plays Sanjay’s associate police officer, said, “I am really enjoying being a part of OTT space because it gives every actor a chance to delve deeper into a character and storyline.”

For the first time through ‘The Last Hour’, I got a chance to play the role of a policeman, which was a really amazing experience for me.

Karma Takpa, playing the role of Ojha, said – ‘The Last Hour’ is set in the northeastern region of India. Being a Sikkim resident is very close to my heart.

A mainstream story based on this part of the country had been waiting for a long time. I never dreamed that Amit would ask me to audition for the role of Dev’s Intense.

‘The Last Hour’, written and produced by Amit Kumar and Anupama Minz, will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on May 14, 2021.
