The Patna High Court administration has given the Historical verdict by dismissed 16 personnel of the Patna Civil Court who was involved in corruption from service.

This is the first time in the history of Patna Civil Court that such a large number of personnel involved in corruption have been dismissed.

There was a panic in the judiciary

The then Chief Justice Rajendra Menon ordered the immediate suspension of all personnel appearing on TV after the bribery case was exposed in the shadow of the judiciary.

The media had then exposed the dealings of the accused and other personnel with the accused in a special court of excise.

A journalist from a TV channel had captured everything in his camera. As soon as it aired, there was a panic in the judiciary.

Then the Chief Justice of Patna High Court immediately took cognizance of this.

According to information received from the sources, on Tuesday (January 5) after the completion of all the legal process.

The High Court administration finally issued an order of dismissal of all 16 personnel from service.

Romendra Kumar, Santosh Tiwari, Kumar Nagendra, Sanjay Shankar, Ashish Dixit, Pradeep Kumar, Sunil Kumar Yadav, Vishwamohan Vijay (all presenters),

Mukesh Kumar (Clerk), Subodh Kumar (Typist),

Shahnaz Rizvi (copycat clerk), Subodh Kumar (server room clerk), Mani Devi, Madhu Rai, Ram Ekbal and Alok Kumar (all peons).

In the lower courts of the state, discussions are held every day about corruption. After this action, it seemed that the rightful culprits were punished too late.
