The NIA has also told in its investigation that in February 2019, when Naved Babu and Advocate Irfan Shafi Mir were allegedly staying at the whereabouts of Davinder Singh, it was Mir who asked Para to help Hizbul. Waheed Para and Mir knew each other for many years.
