Supreme Court Expressed Regret Over Government System

Supreme Court expressed regret over the way the government works, know the whole matter.

A bench of judges in the Supreme Court expressed regret over the way the government was functioning.

This happened because the notice of the Supreme Court had reached a Delhi judge in the hearing related to the examination to be held in connection with the appointment of an Additional District Judge.

That is why the judges of Delhi had arrived to appear before the bench.

In the Supreme Court, a bench of Justice L Nageswara Rao and Justice BR Gavai, seeing the judicial officer of Delhi in the court, asked – what are you doing here?

What time does your court start? To this, the judge of Delhi replied – at ten o’clock.

The bench of the Supreme Court asked – but at this time it is 10.50 o’clock, you are here, so how will your court be working? Then the judge of Delhi told that he has brought a few hours’ leave.

He has come to appear on the notice of the Supreme Court. To this the bench said, he could have sent any qualified advocate on his behalf to appear in the Supreme Court and continue with his work.

It is definitely the fault of the government system. This is a matter of regret for us.

On the third day, the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha met with uproar, the opposition ignored the advice of the Chairman.

The proceedings of the third day in the Rajya Sabha were also met with uproar by the opposition. Despite the introduction of the Dam Safety Bill, it could not be discussed.

On Wednesday, the opposition remained adamant on the demand for reinstatement of suspended members from the House.

While the government advised to apologize and let the House run smoothly. The House was adjourned for the whole day after being interrupted several times till 3 pm.

Given, in view of which the house was first adjourned till 12 noon.

Opposition is doing unparliamentary and undemocratic acts.

Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu kept giving advice to the opposition parties, but the members who were creating a ruckus did not listen to him.

Whereas the Chairman once again mentioned in detail the inappropriate conduct of the suspended members, who had created a ruckus in the House on the last day of the Monsoon Session.

Naidu expressed astonishment that those who should be remorseful for their actions are still adamant. This is not right.

Coming to the Well of the House, climbing on the table, throwing paper, snatching the paper from the minister’s hand, and challenging the chair are unparliamentary and undemocratic.
