Sports Complex Named After Tipu Sultan In Mumbai

Sports complex after Tipu Sultan in Mumbai. Shivsena is under attack from BJP and Hindu organizations.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had attacked the BJP two days ago by claiming that he had left the BJP and not Hindutva.

But today the Shiv Sena has come under attack from the opposition BJP and Hindu organizations like Vishwa Hindu Parishad for naming a sports complex after Tipu Sultan in his government.

In the Malvani area of Mumbai, a sports complex is to be inaugurated on Republic Day, i.e., January 26, in the hands of Aslam Shaikh, minister of the Maha Vikas Aghadi government,

The complex is named after Tipu Sultan, the former ruler of Mysore.

Malwani is the assembly constituency of Aslam Sheikh. He is a minister in the Shiv Sena-led Maha Vikas Aghadi government from the Congress quota.

He got this sports complex constructed with his MLA fund and named it ‘Sadar Veer Tipu Sultan Kreena Sankul’.

Now, along with the BJP, Hinduist organizations like Vishwa Hindu Parishad are also raising questions on the name of the Sports Complex as Tipu Sultan.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad spokesperson Sriraj Nair has said that this is definitely an attempt to destroy the peace of Mumbai. It should be stopped.

Our Maharashtra has been the land of saints. It is condemnable to name a project here in the name of a barbaric anti-Hindu.

Maharashtra BJP has also tweeted with the photo of this complex, referring to the statement made by Uddhav Thackeray two days ago.

BJP has written that Shivsena has left Hindutva. After whom the Aane Sports Complex is named, he had killed thousands of Hindus and destroyed Hindu temples, has Shivsena started liking him now?

Let us tell you that after being in alliance with BJP for nearly 25 years, Shiv Sena is now running the government in Maharashtra along with secular parties like Congress and NCP.

Despite this, he continues to worry about his traditional Hindu vote bank. Due to this Shiv Sena President and Chief Minister of the state, Uddhav Thackeray often reminds his workers that we have left BJP and not Hindutva.

Two days ago, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of late Balasaheb Thackeray, he had tried to surround the BJP by saying the same thing.

But now he seems to be surrounded by a minister from his own ally Congress.
