SEC vs YSRCP: YSRCP Govt Open Front Against SEC NRK

SEC vs YSRCP: It is a TDP app, the YSRCP government has once again gone to court against Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar.

The battle between the state government and Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar over the AP Panchayat Elections in Andhra Pradesh continues.

The battle between the state government and the Election Commission over the panchayat elections continues. The state government has moved the high court over the re-watch app launched by SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar for conducting elections.

The government, which is strongly opposed to the app, has filed a House Motion Petition in the High Court to stop the app. The petition states to give a stay on app usage. The petition will come up for hearing on Thursday.

The state government is questioning the need to design the app specifically if it already has apps for the Panchayati Raj department. They said they had objections to the app, which was designed without consulting the government.

SEC vs YSRCP: The government alleges in the petition that the app was secretly made without security permissions.

Permission is required to use apps and software in the government system. The AP government has revealed that security issues are likely to be hacked.

The government claims that the app released by SEC is a completely private app and that it should not be used for government-run elections.

However, the court did not agree to hear the lunch motion petition and clarified that the hearing would be held on Thursday.

YSRCP leaders, on the other hand, are making sensational allegations against the app. It is suspected that it was created at the Telugudesam party office.

SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has denied the allegations made by the government and YCP leaders against the re-watch app.

He clarified that the app was made available to conduct the elections in a completely transparent manner. Complaints received through the app will be forwarded from the SEC to the District Collectors, SPs as well as the concerned authorities.

Nimmagadda said the app will be available in the Google Play Store from tomorrow. The call center will monitor whether the complaints made through the app have been resolved.

There is nothing new in this.

The latest app has been made available with the help of technology. Nimmagadda explained that the app was made available to instill confidence in the people towards the elections. Officials are active in the preparations for the elections.
