Searching for the faces of the future Chief Minister of Rajasthan – BJP leader Diya Kumari and Congress leader Sachin Pilot people’s first choice.

In Rajasthan, amidst the tussle between the ruling party and the opposition, senior leader and former minister Chandraraj Singhvi has gone out in search of the face of the future Chief Minister.

Singhvi, who reached Gujarat to meet migrant Rajasthanis, while meeting urban people and professionals in various cities of Rajasthan, says that BJP leader Diya Kumari and Congress leader Sachin Pilot remain the first choice of the people.

Challenging the power of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, his own government’s Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot along with his fellow MLAs had camped in Manesar, Haryana.

Although the government was saved from falling after Gehlot’s understanding and intervention of the high command, still these stories of the leaders’ conflicts come filtered through.

Meanwhile, former Rajasthan cabinet minister Chandraraj Singhvi, searching for the faces of the future Chief Minister of Rajasthan, reached Gujarat where he met citizens of diverse migrant societies.

Singhvi, who reached Ahmedabad from Jaipur, says that BJP leader and MP Diya Kumari and former Congress President Sachin Pilot have emerged as the first choice of CM among the migrant Rajasthanis settled in Jaipur, Dhoonad to Jodhpur, Marwar, Udaipur, Mewar, and Gujarat.

After Diya Kumari in BJP, Union ministers Gajendrasinh Shekhawat, Gulab Chand Kataria, and Vasundhara Raje are considered strong contenders.

While Sachin is being followed in Congress by Assembly Speaker CP Joshi and Cabinet Minister BD Kalla.

Singhvi claims that political parties are embroiled in internal tussles, in such a situation no party will put forward a face as Chief Minister.

But after meeting people during his campaign, he claims that the people of the state will like to see be next Chief Minister in Diya Kumari or Sachin Pilot.

Both of them are popular among the people of the state besides being young and in their own way more influential than many ministers.

It is worth mentioning that Diya Kumari is the daughter of former Indian Army Brigadier and Maharaja Bhawani Singh, besides being a member of the former royal family of Jaipur, while Sachin is the son of Congress veteran Rajesh Pilot.
