1. Watermelon – one medium size
2. Sugar – 3/4 cup
3. Kashmiri red chili – one pinch
4. Cumin – one teaspoon
5. Black pepper – 10-12
6. Mint leaves – one handful
7. Lemon slices – 2-3
8. Black salt – one teaspoon
9. Salt – according to taste
10. Lemon juice – according to taste
11. Ice cubes – as per requirement

1. To make a Watermelon Panna, first cut it into small pieces.
2. After this, blend it with the help of a mixer.
3. Then filter the watermelon juice and take it out in a pan.
4. Now let the watermelon juice cook on medium flame.
5. When it starts to thicken after cooking, turn off the gas and add sugar to it.
6. Now add roasted cumin, black salt, Kashmiri red chili, and black pepper by crushing it.
7. After this, crush the mint leaves and add them to it.
8. Now add lemon juice to it as per taste and the wonderful Watermelon Panna is ready.
9. Put it in a vessel and keep it in the fridge to cool add ice cubes and serve it chilled.
Note- You can easily store it in the fridge for a week.
