The mid-range device has already got BIS certification and its presence has been made in the IMEI database, which suggests that it may be launched soon.

However, there is no official confirmation about this yet.

MIUI tester, Kacper Skrzypek has claimed on Twitter that the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ will be launched in India under the name Xiaomi 12i HyperCharge.

The company has done something similar with the previous version as well, so it could happen again.

The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge, which entered India earlier this year, is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11 Pro+.

Possible Specifications of Xiaomi 12i Hypercharge.

The Xiaomi 12i HyperCharge will come with a 120W fast charge, similar to the Redmi Note 12 Pro+. In this phone, you have MediaTek 1080 processor.

It can get a 6.67-inch HDR 10+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This handset can have a 5,000mAh battery unit.

The camera of Xiaomi 12i Hypercharge.

At the back, this phone can have three cameras. In this camera setup, a 200-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel secondary camera, and a 2-megapixel can be found. It can work on Android 13 OS.

Xiaomi 12i Hypercharge Price.

The price of the Xiaomi 12i Hypercharge in India will be less than Rs 30,000. To recall, the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge was made available in India with a starting price of Rs 26,999.

In China, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ smartphone is priced at CNY 2,099, which is roughly equivalent to Rs 24,000. But it is expected that Xiaomi can fix its price in India between Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000.
