The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a cash reward for the wanted to be accused in the murder case of BJP Yuva Morcha worker Praveen Nettaru in Karnataka.

The accused on whom the reward has been announced are also members of the banned organization PFI.

The NIA has also released the photographs of the accused.

The agency said that the person giving information about Mohammad Mustafa alias Mustafa Paichar and Tufail will be given a cash reward of Rs 5 lakh each.

While the person giving information about Ummar Farooq and Abubakar Siddiq will be given a cash reward of Rs 2 lakh each.

Praveen Nettaru was killed with a deadly weapon.

It is noteworthy that on the late evening of July 19, Praveen Nettaru was killed by unidentified assailants on a bike in Bellare, Dakshina Kannada.

Praveen was on his way to his house at the time of the incident. After this massacre, protests also took place in many parts of the state.

Praveen was killed to avenge Masood’s murder.

Important revelations were made after Praveen’s murder. NIA sources had claimed that Praveen was killed with the intention to avenge Masood’s murder.

The purpose of killing Praveen was also to spread panic among the local people. Karnataka Home Minister Araga Gyanendra had said that the involvement of PFI and SDPI is suspected in the murder.
