Rajasthan Registers A Thrilling Win Against Punjab In IPL

Rajasthan registers a thrilling win against Punjab, won the match by 2 runs: PBKS vs RR IPL 2021.

Punjab Kings vs Rajasthan Royals IPL 2021 32nd match: In the 32nd match of IPL 2021, Rajasthan Royals registered a thrilling win against Punjab Kings. Rajasthan team scored 185 runs in 20 overs.

Chasing the target, the Punjab team could only manage 183 runs losing 4 wickets.

In the last over, Karthik Tyagi took two wickets for 1 run and gave the team a thrilling 2-run victory.

He was adjudged man of the match for his brilliant bowling performance.

Mayank’s half-century wasted, Karthik turned the match.

Punjab had got a target of 186 to win, in response to this team’s opener batsmen KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal started with a bang and made a century partnership of 120 runs for the first wicket.

This partnership was broken by Chetan Sakaria and he gave his team the first success by getting Rahul caught at the score of 49 runs.

Shortly after Rahul’s dismissal, Mayank also lost his wicket. Before getting out, he scored 67 runs in 43 balls with the help of 7 fours and 2 sixes.

He was caught by Liam Livingstone off Rahul Tewatia’s ball. Nicholas Pooran was on 32 on the third ball of the last over while Deepak Hooda was dismissed without opening an account.

Rajasthan’s innings, captain Sanju did not play the bat.

Yashasvi Jaiswal and Evin Lewis gave Rajasthan a stormy start and put on a 54-run partnership for the first wicket. This partnership was broken by Arshdeep Singh by dismissing Lewis for 36 runs.

Team captain Sanju Samson played very poor innings and was caught by Ishan Porel after scoring four runs. Liam Livingstone scored 25 runs off 17 balls and was caught by Arshdeep Singh.

Yashasvi Jaiswal played an innings of 49 runs off 36 balls and he was caught by Mayank off Harpreet par. He hit 2 sixes and 6 fours in his innings. Shami dismissed Ryan Parag for four.

Mahipal Lomror scored 43 runs in 17 balls with the help of 4 sixes and 2 fours and was dismissed by Arshdeep.

Rahul Tewatia scored two runs while Chris Morris got out after scoring a run. For Punjab, Arshdeep Singh took 5 wickets while Shami took three wickets.
