Quick and Delicious Vegetable Pulao Recipe: Ingredients for Making Vegetable Pulao.
1. Rice- 2 cups.
2. Tomatoes- 2.
3. Onion- 1.
4. Potato- 1.
5. Peas- 1/2 cup.
6. Carrot- 1 small size.
7. Water- 4 cups.
8. Bay leaf- 1.
9. Cloves- 2.
10. Garam masala- 1 tsp.
11. Red chili powder- 2 tsp.
12. Turmeric- 1 tsp.
13. Cinnamon stick- ½ inch.
14. Coriander leaves – for garnish.
15. Salt- as per taste.
16 Oil- 2 tbsp.
Method of making Vegetable Pulao.
1. To make Vegetable Pulao, first heat some oil in a pan.
2. After this, add cloves and bay leaves to it.
3. When both these things start crackling, add a cinnamon stick to it.
4. After this, add chopped onion and peas and fry everything on high flame.
5. Then add thinly sliced tomatoes to it and let it cook for a while.
6. After this, add thinly sliced potatoes and carrots and mix well.
7. Now add garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt as per taste and mix well.
8. Then wash the rice put it in the pan and mix well.
9. After this, add 4 cups of water and let it cook on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
10. When the rice swells, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
