President Election 2022: Shock to opposition unity! TRS and AAP skipped Mamta Banerjee’s meeting.

West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee, who is mobilizing opposition parties for the presidential election, has suffered a setback.

Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and Aam Aadmi Party have walked out of Mamata Banerjee’s meeting.

According to leading news agency sources, both parties will not attend the meeting of opposition parties called by Mamata Banerjee.

If the agency is to be believed, the Aam Aadmi Party has decided to consider it after being declared its presidential candidate. Apart from this, there is little hope of Biju Janata Dal attending the meeting.

Mamta Banerjee called a meeting in Delhi.

Significantly, Mamta Banerjee has called a meeting of opposition parties in Delhi today.

In this meeting, the name of the candidate for the post of President will be discussed on behalf of the opposition. Congress and Left parties will also participate in this meeting.

Before the meeting, Mamta met NCP President Sharad Pawar on Tuesday and discussed the strategy related to the presidential election.

During this, Sharad Pawar also made it clear to Mamta that he was not willing to be the joint candidate of the opposition.

A minister in the Maharashtra government had also said that Sharad Pawar was not interested in the post of President.

President Election 2022:The presidential election is to be held on July 18.

The presidential election will be held on 18 July. The results of the elections will be declared on July 21. The nomination process for the presidential election begins on Wednesday.

PC Modi, Secretary-General of Rajya Sabha, has been made the Returning Officer.

Officer on Special Duty Mukul Pandey and Joint Secretary in Rajya Sabha Secretariat Surendra Tripathi has been made Assistant Returning Officers.

Rahul Gandhi will appear in the ED office after a while, the ruckus of Congressmen on the road, and many leaders are in police custody.

In the National Herald case, Rahul Gandhi was questioned in the ED office for two consecutive days. ED will again interrogate Rahul Gandhi in this case today.

Earlier on Monday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was questioned by ED officials for about 10 hours.
