Pakistanis believe that their country is going in the wrong direction, revealed in new survey.

Four out of every five Pakistanis believe that their country is going in the wrong direction. This information has been revealed in a new survey, the report of which was released on Tuesday.

This survey has been done by research company IPSOS. News International reported that only 23 percent of the people believe that the country is moving in the right direction.

77 percent believe the opposite. The survey, conducted between 1 December and 6 December 2020, involved more than 1,000 people across the country.

Last year, in the fourth quarter, 21 percent believed that the country was on the right track, while 79 percent had the opposite opinion.

This year, 36 percent said their current financial position was weak, 13 percent described it as strong and 51 percent said it was neither strong nor weak. The News International gave its information.

Meanwhile, last year’s figures show that 38 per cent believed that their financial position was weak, 5 per cent considered it strong and 57 per cent said it was neither strong nor weak.

Meanwhile, the report on the province-wise assessment found the financial condition of almost all the provinces to be poor.

In Sindh, due to poor financial condition, 20 percent people are unemployed, 17 percent people Corona and 16 percent people are responsible for poverty.

Unemployment was reported by 23 percent of the people in Punjab, eight percent by Corona and 14 percent by poverty due to poor financial condition.

Meanwhile, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, about 18 per cent unemployment, 12 per cent corona virus and 8 per cent poverty are considered as the reason for the financial situation of the province.
