This time the incursion has been carried out from Kanachak near the international border in the Akhnoor sector in Jammu.

Vigilant BSF personnel spotted the drone soon after the incursion and opened fire to bring it down, but it managed to return safely.

Border Security Force personnel and local police are continuing the search operation in the area.

This search operation is being conducted on the suspicion that every time Pakistan has tried to send weapons or drug consignments to the Indian border with the help of drains.

According to the information received from the police, at 9.40 pm last Friday night, the BSF personnel posted at the International Border (IB) in the Akhnoor sector saw something shining in the sky from the Pakistan side 9.40 minutes on Friday night and moving towards the Indian border.

The soldiers became alert. He came to know that it is a drone and Pakistani soldiers are using it to send weapons and drugs.

As soon as the drain entered the Indian border, alert BSF personnel started firing on it. The firing started, and the drone returned to Pakistan.

The jawans immediately informed the authorities. After this incident, BSF and police have been conducting a search operation in the area.
