Notice To Punjab Government And Bikram Singh Majithia

Notice to Punjab government and Majithia by Punjab and Haryana High court on AAP leader Sanjay Singh’s petition, know the whole matter.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has summoned the reply by issuing a notice to the Punjab government and former minister Bikram Singh Majithia on March 24 on the petition of AAP leader Sanjay Singh.

Sanjay Singh has filed a petition in the High Court seeking to quash the order of the Ludhiana court in which the court has summoned the case file of Jagjit Chahal and Bhola case (running in the CBI court of Mohali).

On September 5, 2015, Sanjay Singh made drug abuse charges against Bikram Singh Majithia at a rally in Moga on September 5, 2015, and said that when his government is formed in 2017, his first task will be to arrest Majithia.

His statement was also published in print media. After which Majithia made a defamation claim against Sanjay Singh in Ludhiana court on January 12, 2016. This case is going on in Ludhiana court.

In the same case, Sanjay Singh filed an application before the Ludhiana court, seeking to consolidate the case files of the Jagjit Chahal and Bhola case running in the CBI court of Mohali and the cross-examination of the complainant.

Which was rejected by the Ludhiana court on 25 February last. Sanjay Singh has now filed a petition in the High Court regarding the order of the Ludhiana Court canceling the case file of this case.

On which Justice GS Sandhawalia of the High Court issued a notice on the petition and sought the answer.

The Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal, witnessed a major security lapse in the assembly premises.SAD MLAs tried to surround Haryana CM in the assembly premises, went out of a security.

After the Chief Minister attended the budget session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha, when he was riding in his car and going to the camp office, the MLAs of Punjab’s Shiromani Akali Dal tried to encircle him in the premises.

The Haryana Legislative Assembly and the Punjab Legislative Assembly complex are together in the same building.

The SAD MLAs tried to surround Chief Minister Manohar Lal’s vehicle in the assembly parking lot, but they did not succeed in it. The CM left the security circle from there.

The speaker of the assembly spoke on the phone to the speaker of Punjab and wrote a letter.

Akali MLAs from afar waved some flags in the air amidst a tussle with the Haryana and Chandigarh Police. Speaker of the Haryana Legislative Assembly, Gyanchand Gupta, expressed displeasure over it as a lapse in security.

Assembly Speaker Gyanchand Gupta expressed his displeasure over the phone conversation with Punjab Speaker Rana KP Singh in the matter.

According to Gyanchand Gupta, the speaker of Punjab has expressed regret over the incident and apologized to CM Manohar Lal for my moderate.
