NIA Raids Continue In Kashmir Related To Terror Funding
NIA raids continue in Kashmir, objectionable documents-electronic equipment seized; Kashmir Terror Funding.
As the investigation of terror funding cases being done with the help of Pakistan to spread terrorism in other states of the country, including Kashmir, progresses.
So will the National Investigation Agency (NIA) screws on the people related to this case are getting tighter.
The NIA conducted raids in Baramulla and Srinagar in the Kashmir Valley for the third consecutive day.
Apart from this, a team has also raided the house of Rashid Muzaffar Gani’s son Muzaffar Ahmed Gani, and Umar Ayub Dar’s son Mohammad Ayub Dar, living in Haider Colony of Sopore.
According to information received from the NIA, these raids have been killed in the homes or offices of people and workers associated with the banned Jamaat-e-Islami organization.
What things have come out in this raid, it has not been revealed at the moment.
The official says that the investigation process is still on. Detailed information in this regard will be given only after the action is completed.
Earlier, in the case of terrorist funding, the NIA had raided 17 locations of Jamaat-e-Islami located in seven districts on Wednesday.
Incriminating documents and electronic devices were also seized from the premises of Jamaat officials and members during the raids.
This action was taken in Kashmir’s Anantnag, Kulgam, Ganderbal, Bandipora, Budgam and district Kishtwar of Jammu division among other places.
The NIA started this process of raids after the Jamaat-e-Islami was confirmed to have links with the Pakistan Army and the ISI.
Earlier, during the raids on August 8 and 9, the NIA had raided 61 places in 14 districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
NIA raids continue in Kashmir: On 10 October this month also, NIA had raided 16 places in Jammu and Kashmir.
These raids were carried out in Kulgam, Baramulla, Srinagar, Anantnag. According to the information, many of these people were also associated with the Voice of Hind magazine case.
Apart from this, the officers also raided the house of TRF (The Resistance Front) Commander Sajjad Gul.
The action was taken at 16 places in Jammu and Kashmir related to the publication of ‘Voice of Hind’ magazine (which aims to incite and radicalize the youth) and the seizure of IEDs.
During this, Ejaz Ahmad Tak son Ghulam Mohammad Tak, Mudasir Ahmed Ahangar son Ghulam Mohiuddin Ahangar.
Nasir Manzoor Mir’s son Manzoor Ahmed Mir, and Junaid Hussain Khan’s son Mohammad Hussain Khan were taken to the Achabal police station and they were interrogated.
