How to make Malpua.

Material: Semolina – one cup, sugar – half cup, milk – one cup, dry fruits – one spoon, cardamom powder – one spoon, ghee – as required.

Recipe to make Malpua.

First of all prepare sugar syrup.

Now take milk in a bowl, add semolina to it.

Prepare a thick solution from this mixture, keep it aside for some time.

Now heat a pan, add ghee in it.

Then add dry fruits and cardamom powder to the solution.

Now with the help of a ladle, pour the batter in hot ghee and spread it a little and make a small pancake.

Cook it from both sides, now dip it in sugar syrup.
