Navjot Singh Sidhu Interacted With The Media

Navjot Singh Sidhu interacted with the media on the sidelines of the Punjab Assembly session, fiercely attacked the Channi government.

The special session of the Punjab Legislative Assembly has begun.

At the same time, apart from the assembly session, Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu met the media persons and attacked the Channi government fiercely.

He said that Channi had appointed such people on the post of AG and DGP, who betrayed the people of Punjab.

Navjot Singh Sidhu interacted with the media: One gave a clean chit to Sukhbir Badal and the other got blanket bail to former DGP Sumedh Singh Saini.

Sidhu looked more aggressive today against DGP Iqbalpreet Sahota. Sidhu said that the officer who gave a clean chit to Sukhbir Singh Badal in the sacrilege case was posted as DGP.

Iqbalpreet Sahota was handed over the investigation of the case by the then DGP Sumedh Singh Saini.

In this investigation, he saved Sukhbir Singh Badal. Now the Channi government put Iqbalpreet on the post of DGP.

Sidhu said that the Punjab government was afraid to make the drug case report public.

He asked what he was afraid of. The government should make the report public.

On the matter of reducing VAT on petrol and diesel, Sidhu said whether it is forever. Sidhu said that the officers have to choose that Punjab Congress chief. It is the job of the government to decide.

Navjot Singh Sidhu once again clarified that even though he withdrew his resignation from the post of Punjab Congress President.

He would assume the responsibility only when the issue of AG and DGP is resolved.

When media persons told Sidhu that he had a big role in making Channi the CM. To this Sidhu said that he has no role in making Channi the CM.

Channi has been made CM by the high command. In such a situation, the pain of not becoming the CM of Sidhu was clearly visible.
