Mamta Banerjee Felt Another Big Blow, Rajiv Banerjee Resigns

Mamta Banerjee felt another big blow, now Forest Minister Rajiv Banerjee resigns, speculation to join BJP intensifies. As the assembly elections in Bengal are coming to a close, the pace of resigning in the ruling Trinamool Congress is also increasing.

On Friday, Forest Minister Rajiv Banerjee in the Mamta government also resigned from his post. He has sent his resignation. Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar has accepted the resignation of Rajiv Banerjee, who stepped down as the state’s forest minister.

In his resignation, Rajiv Banerjee wrote, ‘It was a privilege to serve the people of Bengal. He thanks everyone for this opportunity. ‘ Let us tell you that the assembly elections are due in Bengal this year and before that the leaders of Trinamool Congress are constantly leaving the post. Two more ministers have resigned before Rajiv Banerjee.

The first leader, Suvendu Adhikari, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah last month after he resigned as Transport Minister in November.

After this, Laxmi Ratna Shukla left her ministerial post a few days ago. Many Trinamool Congress MLAs, local leaders have also quit the party and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. At the same time, there is speculation that Rajiv Banerjee may join the BJP soon.

Be aware that after Nandigram, now Tushar Kanti Bhattacharya, son of Bengal’s popular Trinamool MLA Ravindra Nath Bhattacharya of Singur, has also stepped up to join the BJP.

He will soon hold the BJP flag under the leadership of the late leader Suvendu Adhikari, who recently joined the BJP. In fact, Suvendu Adhikari had referred to Tushar Kanti Bhattacharya, son of Singur veteran Trinamool MLA Ravindra Nath Bhattacharya, joining the BJP.

Suvendu had said that Tushar Kanti Bhattacharya had approached me, and expressed his desire to join the BJP. He is also looking to work as a BJP colleague.

At the same time, Tusshar Kanti Bhattacharya, son of Rabindranath Bhattacharya, a four-time MLA from Singur assembly seat and a teacher by profession, also said on Thursday that what Suvendu Adhikari has said from Wednesday’s forum is correct.

I contacted Suvendu Adhikari to join the BJP. Inspired by the work of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, I want to join BJP and will soon hold the BJP flag in the hands of Suvendu Adhikari.
