Malvinder Singh Mali Resigns From The Post Of Advisor To Sidhu

Malvinder Singh Mali resigns from the post of advisor to Sidhu after controversies.

Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu’s advisor Malvinder Mali has resigned after being embroiled in controversies.

Due to his controversial statement, Mali had come under the target of opposition as well as Congress leaders.

Even Punjab Congress in-charge Harish Rawat had asked Navjot Singh Sidhu to remove Mali immediately.

Rawat had said on Thursday that Sidhu should immediately remove his advisor Malvinder Mali or else we will remove him.

Malvinder Mali has said in a post on his Facebook that I take back the consent taken by Navjot Sidhu to make me a consultant.

In his statement, he has made big allegations against Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, SAD leaders Sukhbir Singh Badal and Bikram Singh Majithia.

He said that if there is any loss of life to me, then these leaders will be responsible for it.

“That Punjab has long been fighting for religious minorities, oppressed people, human rights, democracy, and federal structure,” Mali wrote.

He said that the present politics of Punjab is a victim of intellectual poverty, which does not tolerate any major and effective change against the ruling party for the betterment of Punjab.

He said that he would continue his struggle against parochialism and politics of parochialism by joining hands with like-minded comrades and forces.

He said that Captain Amarinder Singh, Vijay Inder Singla, MP Manish Tewari, Sukhbir Badal, Bikram Majithia, BJP Secretary Subhash Sharma, AAP leaders Jarnail Singh and Raghav Chadha will be held responsible, he said.

He said that Punjab has become a gold mine for Delhi High Command. There is no dearth of politicians who are in a hurry to outdo each other to become the anti-Punjab axe squad for the high command.

It is worth noting that the statement given by Malvinder Mali on the issue of Kashmir and the poster of Indira Gandhi on his Facebook page had put the Congressmen in trouble.

Complaints about this had also reached the Congress high command, on which Punjab affairs in-charge Harish Rawat had asked Congress state president Navjot Sidhu to remove him.

In a TV interview, Rawat even said that if Sidhu does not do this, he will remove Malvinder Mali.
