With this, the total cases of infection increased to 2,10,77,410 and the number of dead reached 2,30,168.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the Kerala government’s efforts to reduce vaccine wastage and said it was important in strengthening the fight against COVID-19.

We have provided 74,26,164 doses, using the remaining additional dose as wasted in each vial. Our health workers, especially the nurses, deserve full appreciation for such auspicious work. ‘
