At the same time, the second blast was done targeting the police car. It happened near Baraki Roundabout in Kabul.

Tolo News said in a tweet, ‘There were 2 explosions in Kabul in less than an hour this morning. Sources said that a vehicle in the Ministry of Labor exploded in the Kavli Markaz area, injuring 4 people.
