Jyotriaditya Scindia’s stature increased with BJP’s victory in Madhya Pradesh, now expected to get cabinet berth.

The BJP is excited by the results of the Assembly by-election in Madhya Pradesh, but much more than that, there is a former Congress leader Jyotriaditya Scindia and his supporters who joined the BJP some time ago.

Jyotriaditya Scindia has been successful in winning the BJP on 19. With this victory, he has also made it clear that this region is not the Congress stronghold but his constituency.

Let me tell you that this by-election had become a question of credibility for Congress’s Kamal Nath and Jyotiraditya Scindia. Its script was written only when Jyotiraditya joined the BJP after being unable to become the Chief Minister.

Since then, the biggest challenge between the two was to preserve their credibility, in which Jyotiraditya Scindia has succeeded to a large extent. It can be said that he has overshadowed Kamal Nath’s years of experience in politics.

This victory of Scindia has not been limited only here. Now this victory has opened the way for him. This path is seen opening the doors for him to join the cabinet.

However, there has been a discussion earlier that Scindia can be included in the cabinet at the center. At the time when he held the post of BJP, the discussion was also in full swing that he could get a place in the Modi cabinet.

But now its chances have increased significantly. There are two big reasons for this. The first reason was his by-election victory and the second reason was the place of many ministers in the Modi cabinet.

In recent times, two ministers associated with the Modi cabinet have passed away. Because of this, other ministers are handling their work. Already, most of the ministers of the Modi cabinet have the burden of many additional ministries.

Some ministers of the Modi cabinet are looking after the work of 5-7 ministries. In such a situation, there are also voices that this burden should be reduced. So here, in a ministry, the cost of Jyotiraditya Scindia may open.

In view of his growing stature in Madhya Pradesh, it will be necessary for the BJP somewhere. when the Shivraj government was formed in Madhya Pradesh, Jyotiraditya was very successful in getting the ministership to his favorites.

Now it is his turn and as such he has been eyeing the cabinet seat at the center for quite some time.

In such a situation, there is a lot of scopes for them to get an opportunity in the cabinet expansion in the coming days and a ministry should be put in their bag. This is also the demand of politics in the present times.

However, Jyotiaditya, who was once part of the youth brigade of Congress’s Rahul Gandhi, has served as the Minister of State for Power in the Manmohan Singh government of 2012.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, he had to face defeat from the fold at the hands of BJP. He is currently a Rajya Sabha MP from the BJP.
