Indian Muslim League Leader Resigns From Lok Sabha

Indian Muslim League leader resigns from Lok Sabha before the Kerala assembly election, PK Kunhalikutty gave this reason.

Before the Kerala Assembly elections, Indian Union Muslim League leader PK Kunhalikutty has resigned from the Lok Sabha.

He resigned from the Lok Sabha on Wednesday to arm his party in the upcoming assembly elections. After resigning, he said that assembly elections would be held in the state next year.

In such a situation, it is the responsibility of leading the elections along with all the leaders. Due to this, he has resigned.

Apart from the resignation, when asked by the media that allegations have been made by BJP President JP Nadda that the state government has made three lakh suspicious appointments in Kerala Public Service Commission.

Responding to this, PK Kunhalikutty said that everyone knows that the Kerala government is failing the appointments.

He said he does not know anything about the allegations leveled by JP Nadda. He further stated that PSU is an independent body.

The Kerala government has been accused of not making appointments through PSUs. They make a temporary appointment and later make it permanent.

He said that everyone is aware that the Kerala government has failed with the appointments in the state.

President Kovind to go on a 3-day visit to Karnataka, Andhra today

President Ram Nath Kovind will go on a 3-day visit to Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh today. According to the Rashtrapati Bhavan statement, the President will leave for Bangalore this evening.

During his visit, the President will address India’s 21st round of aerial programs at the Air Force Station in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

The statement said that the president will visit Madikeri in Kodagu district of Karnataka on February 6 to inaugurate a museum in the ancestral home of General Thimyya’s ancestors.

Kovind will attend the 23rd annual convocation of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bengaluru on 7 February.

He will visit the Satsang Foundation’s ashram at Madanapalle and People Grove School in Sadum, Andhra Pradesh, before returning to the national capital on Sunday.
