CM Charanjit Singh Channi has appealed to PM Narendra Modi to investigate the allegations leveled against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by Kumar Vishwas.

He appealed to the PM to order an independent inquiry into the allegations. He said that the allegations leveled by Kumar Vishwas are very serious.

In a tweet, Charanjit Singh Channi said that he is making this demand from PM Narendra Modi as the CM of Punjab. Said politics is one side.

The people of Punjab have paid a heavy price while fighting separatism. Hon’ble PM needs to address the concern of every Punjabi, so this matter should be investigated.

Last day, senior Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit has also lodged a complaint against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at Phase I police station of Mohali police station.

A video of Kumar Vishwas is going viral for two days, in which he is heard saying that Arvind Kejriwal is very well connected with Khalistan supporters.

On the other hand, the Chief Electoral Officer’s office withdrew the letter containing its order after the video of Kumar Vishwas, about which politics has been heated, was banned.

Significantly, after watching the video, the Media Monitoring Committee of the Election Department of Punjab had banned it and issued a letter to all political parties not to forward it further.

Along with this, by writing a letter to the Central Election Commission, it was also recommended to take action on it, but this letter was withdrawn at 9.30 pm.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Kumar Vishwas had given an interview to a news agency. A part of it was tweeted by the agency.

This video was widely forwarded by political parties, due to which it became viral. After the video surfaced, Aam Aadmi Party said that it is fake and it is being done to defame Arvind Kejriwal.
