Haryana connection of RJD, BJP and Congress strategists in Bihar elections.

The counting phase is going on in Bihar and initial trends have also started coming. If we talk about exit polls, then there is a sign of a big reshuffle in the state.

However, Haryana Connection is very interested in the strategy that Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party have tried to win in Bihar elections.

Actually, the strategists of all three parties are from Haryana. Randeep Singh Surjewala of Congress, Sanjay Yadav of RJD and Bhupendra Singh Yadav of BJP belong to this place. Now give you information about them one by one.

Randeep Singh Surjewala of Congress

Randeep Singh Surjewala of Congress is playing an important role in Bihar elections. He also has the responsibility of keeping his MLAs united in both Situations, win or loss.

Apart from this, he has also done many rallies in this election. Surjewala has been the youngest minister of Haryana. In 1996 and 2005, he defeated the veteran and former Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala of Haryana.

Currently, Surjewala is also the National Spokesperson of Congress. His father has also been an MLA and MP many times in addition to a minister in the Haryana government.

Surjewala was made the General Secretary of the State Congress at the age of just 17. In 2004, he was made the Secretary of the Congress.

In the 2019 elections, he had to taste defeat at the hands of BJP candidate Leela Ram Gurjar from the Kaithal Assembly constituency. Talking about the Bihar elections, Surjewala took over the management of the Congress leaders in addition to the media management there.

After the completion of all the three phases of voting, the party deployed them in Bihar itself. The reason for this was that in any case they could keep the party MLAs united.

Sanjay Yadav of RJD and his Haryana connection.

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) strategist Sanjay Yadav is a close friend of Tejaswi. He has been educated in Haryana. Sanjay handled the online and offline campaigning for the party in this election.

Here, he took advantage of his experience. Tejaswi and Sanjay’s friends are quite old. Before joining RJD, Sanjay was working in an IT company after doing MSc and then MBA.

Seeing that the career in IPL was not made, when Tejashwi turned to party and politics, he also got Sanjay’s support in it. Sanjay was working for this election at the behest of Tejashwi for three years.

According to what has been revealed in the exit poll, Sanjay’s strategy seems to be working. There was a long period of meetings between Sanjay and Tejashwi to fulfill the party’s intentions.

During this period, the party’s defeat in the 2010 elections was also reviewed and further strategies were formulated. One thing that came out of the analysis of this election result that the party needs some hard work to bring back its lost glory.

The strategy of Sanjay’s promotion and dissemination of the party under which the cadre of the party was used for social media, WhatsApp and handbills.

An account of the 17-month tenure of the central government was taken out. Through the projector, people were told what was the crime figure in Bihar, where the RJD was ruled by the central government, and what was its level later.

In this way, he also conveyed the failures of the Center to the people. People were told about the truth of the fodder scam. He created a team of five people which had experts from different fields.

From party workers to other campaigners, it was given full training. Wherever PM Modi’s rallies took place, the rallies of RJD leaders were drawn.

Bhupendra Singh Yadav of BJP

Bhupendra Yadav plays the role of BJP strategist in Bihar. He is also originally from Haryana, although their family later settled in Rajasthan. He was born there and later he also got an education from here.

He is considered to be a better strategist. There is also a valid reason behind this. Thanks to this strategy, the party won Rajasthan in 2013, Gujarat in 2017, Jharkhand in 2014, and Uttar Pradesh in 2017. Bhupendra was elected to the Rajya Sabha twice from Rajasthan.
