Gyanvapi Masjid Survey: Hearing Will Not Be Held Today In Court

Gyanvapi Masjid Survey: It will take time to prepare a complete survey report of the Gyanvapi dispute, the hearing will not be held today in court.

The three-day work of the survey of the Gyanvapi Mosque in the courtyard of the Shrikashi Vishwanath Corridor has been completed on Monday.

The report was scheduled to be presented in the Varanasi court on Tuesday, but it will take some time to compile the detailed survey report.

For this reason, the survey report will not be produced in court today. The Court Commissioner will seek time for this today.

The survey report of Varanasi’s Gyanvapi Masjid complex will not be presented in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Ravi Kumar Diwakar today. The report has not yet been fully prepared.

Ajay Singh, the assistant advocate commissioner appointed by the court for the commission’s action, said that the court had ordered to submit the survey report today.

But the full report has not been prepared by the advocate commissioner yet.

We will request the court to give a date for the second day by submitting an application in the court today. The report will be presented on the date which is received from the court.

Gyanvapi Masjid Survey: There are hundreds of photos and hours of videos during the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid. It will take time to prepare the report after seeing them.

Assistant Court Commissioner Ajay Pratap Singh said that the survey lasted for three days i.e. from 14 to 16 May. Till now only 50 percent of its report has been prepared.

The report is not yet complete, so we will not be able to present it before the court today. We will seek three to four days’ time from the court to submit a detailed report.

The survey of the Gyanvapi campus started on May 14. On Monday, the last day of the three-day survey, the Hindu side claimed to have found a Shivling in the Vazukhana of the Gyanvapi Masjid.

The place has been sealed by the order of the court on the claim of the Hindu side.

The Muslim side has denied the claim of the Hindu side and called it a fountain. Along with this, it has also been said that he will appeal in the High Court against the order of the District Court.

After the survey there, the police and administrative department are taking extra vigilance regarding peace and law and order. Police and PAC personnel are deployed in mixed populated areas.
