Terrorist group Islamic State-Khorasan Province (ISKP) claimed responsibility for the attack on Gurdwara Karte Parwan in Afghanistan on Saturday and described it as an act in support of the Prophet.
Two people, including a Sikh, were killed in the Kabul attack, while Afghan security personnel thwarted a major attack by preventing a truck carrying explosives from entering the gurdwara compound. Three attackers were also killed.
