Telangana Government Will Give 25 Lakh To Rakesh’s Family

Telangana government will give 25 lakh rupees to the family of the deceased Rakesh, who died in a firing during the protest against the Agneepath scheme.

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has expressed grief over the death of a youth named Rakesh during the protest against ‘Agneepath Yojana’.

The deceased Rakesh was a resident of the Warangal district. He was also involved in the protest at Secunderabad railway station on Friday.

During the demonstration, Rakesh was killed in firing by the Railway Police. CM K. Chandrashekhar Rao expressed his deep grief over the death of Rakesh and expressed his condolences to his family.

The Chief Minister has announced an ex-gratia amount of Rs 25 lakh to Rakesh’s family.

According to the leading news agency report, in addition to the ex-gratia amount, a government job has also been announced to an eligible member of Rakesh’s family.

CM Chandrashekhar Rao issued a statement saying that the youth were opposing the Agneepath scheme.

Accusing the central government, he said that Rakesh was a victim of their wrong policies. The CM has assured the youth of his state that he is standing with them.

Significantly, youths are protesting in many states including Telangana against the Agneepath scheme of the central government.

Demonstrations took violent form in many districts of Bihar. The protesters set several trains and public vehicles on fire.

Rumors are being spread against the plan.

At the same time, the central government has condemned the rumors being spread against the Agneepath scheme.

Amidst the rumors being spread about the scheme, the government also issued a clarification, stating that this new model of recruitment in the army will not only develop new capabilities in the armed forces but will also create new opportunities for the youth.

Youth will get benefit from the scheme.

The central government has released information related to myth vs facts on social media to clear the confusion.

The government says that the scheme will increase opportunities for youth to serve in the armed forces. In the coming years, the recruitment of Agniveers will be three times more.

The government says that there will be a drastic change in the life of the youth who wears the uniform for 4 years. The Youth will remain committed to the country for the rest of their life.
