A Florida teacher was fired after a video went viral that showed her disrespectfully interrupting Muslim students while they were praying, according to reports from a local news agency.

In the video posted on TikTok, three young male students can be seen praying in Arabic on a prayer mat when a teacher walks in, starts whistling, and repeatedly protesting against them praying in her office.

The professor can be heard saying, “Wait, it’s in my office, and you’re all doing that magic?” She then commented, “I trust in Jesus, so I interrupt the floor.”

She passed a group of students, sometimes kicking the hand of a student who was praying. The students ignore the teacher and keep praying.

The university added: ‘We no longer tolerate discriminatory behavior.
