Corona cases continue to decline in the country. Active cases have reached below six lakhs. For the 45th consecutive day, the number of daily cases was less than the number of patients recovering.

According to the data released by the Ministry of Health at 8 am on Sunday, fifty thousand forty cases of the corona were reported in the last 24 hours.

During this 1258 people died. At the same time, 57 thousand 944 patients were cured. During this, a total of 17 lakh 77 thousand 309 sample tests were done to detect corona.

According to the Ministry of Health, so far three crores two lakh 33 thousand 183 cases of total corona have been reported in the country.

Of these, three lakh 95 thousand 751 people have died. Two crores 92 lakh 51 thousand 029 patients have recovered from the infection.

The number of active cases is five lakh 86 thousand 403. Active case total cases are 1.94 percent, the recovery rate is 96.75 percent and the death rate is 1.31 percent.

The daily positivity rate is 2.82%. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 40 crores 42 lakh 65 thousand 101 sample tests have been done so far to detect corona infection.

More than 60 lakh vaccine doses are being administered continuously.

In the last 24 hours, 64 lakh 25 thousand 893 doses of the corona vaccine were administered in the country.
