Farmers brainstorm before the January 4 meeting, know-ahead strategy: Farmers Protest. Farmers are protesting on the Delhi border against the new agricultural laws.

On Friday, before the eighth round of talks with the central government, an important brainstorm meeting of farmers organizations took place.

The farmer’s further strategy was discussed in this.

Farmer leaders said that if this meeting did not resolve, the talks did not go in the right direction and the government did not take a firm decision in our favor.

Chilla and Ghazipur borders of Delhi have been closed. According to the traffic police, in view of the movement, the border has been closed for traffic coming from Noida and Ghaziabad.

Meanwhile, Rakesh Tikait, national spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, said that the meeting will be held on January 4 to discuss the withdrawal of laws and enactment of laws on MSP.

Today, everybody will be discussing methodically what happened in the first meeting and what will happen in the next meeting.

On the other hand, Yogendra Yadav said that this agitation of farmers is now in a decisive phase, I would only say so much about the talks on the 30th that the tail has come out, the elephant is yet to come out.

The government has not bothered to get legal rights to MSP and reject all three agricultural laws.

He said that we have talks on January 4, if the results do not come out satisfactory, then on March 6, we will march on the KMP highway.

Desh Jagruti Abhiyan will be run across the country for 2 weeks from 6th to 20th.

On Thursday, the government accepted 2 demands

Farmers have 4 major issues. First, the government should withdraw all three agricultural laws.

Secondly, the government should give a legal guarantee that it will continue the minimum support price.

Third- Electricity bill will be withdrawn. Fourth- the provision of punishment for burning stubble should be withdrawn.

After five hours of talks on Thursday, the two issues related to the electricity bill and the stubble became a matter between the government and farmer organizations.

The farmers then postponed the tractor rally to be held on 31 December. Differences on agricultural legislation and MSP still persist.

Meeting on 4 January on 2 demands.

Now the eighth round is to be held between the farmers and the central government on 4 January.

It will discuss the demand of farmers to withdraw two agricultural laws and MSP’s legal guarantee.

Please tell that the farmers have been standing on the borders of Delhi since 26 November. In Punjab, there were agitations before this.
