Corona cases are increasing rapidly across the country. State governments have become alert regarding this. The era of restrictions has started returning.

After the capital Delhi, many strict restrictions have been imposed in UP, Bihar. West Bengal has re-fixed the limits for flights coming from Delhi and Mumbai.

The Mayor of Mumbai has made it clear that a lockdown will be imposed if the daily cases exceed 20,000 in the city. Many states have already imposed night curfew.

Effect of corona in states: Weekend curfew in Delhi.

Weekend curfew has been announced as soon as the pace of corona cases in the capital increases.

Night curfew is already in place in Delhi in view of the increasing outbreak of the new variant of the virus, Omicron.

But, in the meeting of the Delhi Disaster Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), which took place amid a sharp increase in the number of infected, it has been decided to impose a curfew on Saturday and Sunday as well.

The curfew will remain in force throughout Delhi every Saturday and Sunday even during the day. Night curfew from 10 Am to 5 Pm is already in force.

That is, every week the curfew, implemented from 10 pm on Friday night, will continue till 5 am on Monday.

According to the rules, going out for non-essential work on Saturday-Sunday will not be allowed.

You will be allowed to leave the house for essential work. Government employees of all offices will work from home except for essential services.

The decision to leave one seat in buses and metro and sit on one seat was withdrawn. Now passengers will be allowed to sit on every seat. That is, metro and buses will run at full capacity in Delhi.

In private offices, only half the number of employees will be called. The sale of essential facilities like food, vegetables, etc. will not be stopped.

Schools up to class 10th closed in UP, night curfew extended.

In view of the increasing pace of corona infection, the government has become more alert.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has decided to keep all schools up to class 10th closed till Makar Sankranti i.e. January 14.

Along with this, instructions have also been given to increase the night curfew by two hours. Now night curfew will be effective from January 6 from 10 pm to 6 am.

Apart from this, in districts where active cases of corona infection will be more than one thousand.

Gyms, spas, cinema halls, banquet halls, restaurants, and other public places will be operated with 50 percent capacity.

Now not more than 100 people will be able to participate in marriage ceremonies and other events in closed places at a time.

The presence of more than 50 percent of the total capacity of the ground will be allowed in the open space.
