In the election season, everyone is trying to address this marginalized Dalit population for the equation of victory from the level of NDA and Grand Alliance. Prominent leaders like Ram Vilas Paswan, Chirag Paswan, Jeetan Ram Manjhi, Babu Jagjivan Ram’s daughter, Dr. Meera Kumar, Shyam Rajak, try to maintain this vote bank during the elections.

Political thinker Dr. AK Singh says that over time the angle of politics related to Scheduled Castes has also changed. This section will decide the direction of victory and defeat in this election.
