COVID-19 In China: Highest Number Of Covid-19 Cases In The Last 6 MonthO

COVID-19 In China: Highest number of Covid-19 cases in the last six months amidst strict restrictions in China.

Corona outbreak has started increasing once again in China. China on Sunday reported the newest cases of COVID-19 in six months, despite recent hopes of an easing of COVID-19 restrictions.

The National Health Commission on Saturday reported 4,610 new COVID-19 infections, of which 588 cases showed symptoms and 4,022 cases showed no symptoms.

Highest since May 6 and compared to 3,837 new cases a day earlier, of which 657 cases showed no symptoms of the corona.

The change will happen gradually.

Most analysts believe any change will be gradual and a major relief is unlikely until sometime next year.

Speculation ran rampant in the stock markets in China this week, with investors, as well as the public, holding off on any signs of a possible turnaround.

Death of a three-year-old boy.

The death of a 3-year-old boy in a quarantined residential complex has fueled growing discontent with China’s anti-virus controls, which are increasingly falling out with the rest of the world.

In view of the ongoing havoc of Corona across the country, travel restrictions and lockdowns have been continued.

3500 new cases of corona on Saturday.

China on Saturday reported identifying nearly 3500 new cases the previous day, including nearly 3,000 who tested positive despite having no COVID-19 symptoms.

In southeast Guangzhou City, Haiju district suspended bus and subway service for three days and urged residents to stay at home.

Zero Covid Policy: Will China make any changes in the zero-covid policy? Important signs are given by officials.

Chinese health officials on Saturday showed no sign of any easing of COVID-19 restrictions.

Earlier, speculation was rife that the government was considering a change to the ‘zero-COVID’ approach, which has stymied economic growth and disrupted daily life.

China will stick to the zero covid policy.

Officials told a news conference that they would stick to an “adherent” policy, which seeks to prevent cases from coming into the country and contain outbreaks when they do occur.

The announcement came as no surprise and does not rule out the possibility of discussions taking place behind closed doors, but there has been no official confirmation.
